2026 T=R™ MENTORSHIP: TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last Updated: September 8, 2026

By purchasing, placing a deposit for, or participating in the 2026 T=R™ Mentorship Cohort 1 (“Mentorship”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. PROGRAM DATES AND ACTIVE COHORT PERIOD

The active 2026 T=R™ Mentorship Cohort 1 runs from October 12 through November 9, 2026.

These dates represent the active mentorship period and do not mean participants are required to attend a class or log into the platform at a specific time each day.

During the active cohort period, participants will receive mentorship content, communication and touchpoints from the T=R™ Team, opportunities to submit questions for Dr. Charlie Weingroff, four scheduled 90-minute live group meetings, access to cohort discussions, and opportunities to interact and network with other Cohort 1 participants.

Charlie’s active weekly involvement, question review and feedback, live meetings, and the active Cohort 1 experience are specific to the October 12–November 9 mentorship period.

2. LIVE MEETINGS AND WELCOME INFORMATION

Cohort 1 includes four 90-minute live group meetings led by Dr. Charlie Weingroff.

Specific meeting dates, times, access instructions, and other onboarding information will be provided to enrolled participants through the virtual welcome package before the mentorship begins.

The virtual welcome package will also include instructions for accessing the mentorship platform.

The mentorship platform will serve as the primary online location for mentorship content, announcements, meeting information and recordings, cohort discussion forums, relevant materials, and other communications related to the program.

Participants are responsible for reviewing the welcome materials and communications provided by the T=R™ Team.

3. ON-DEMAND ACCESS AND SCHEDULING

The Mentorship has intentionally been designed to accommodate participants with demanding professional and personal schedules.

Outside of scheduled live meetings, participants are not required to access the Mentorship at a particular time each day. Educational content may be viewed on demand, and recordings of the live group meetings will be made available to participants.

Participants may also have the opportunity to pre-submit questions for Charlie when they are unable to attend a live meeting.

The educational content and live-meeting recordings will remain available after the active Cohort 1 period concludes. However, on-demand access does not extend Charlie’s active weekly involvement, live meetings, question review, feedback, or the active networking experience beyond the October 12–November 9 cohort period.

4. EXPECTED TIME COMMITMENT

Participants should plan for approximately 2–6 hours per week, depending on how deeply they choose to engage with the content, discussions, questions, and cohort experience.

Participants are encouraged to keep pace with content while the cohort is active so they can take full advantage of Charlie’s feedback and the discussions occurring during those four weeks.

Falling behind does not eliminate access to available on-demand educational materials or meeting recordings.

5. INTEREST LIST EARLY ENROLLMENT

The $1,200 Early Enrollment tuition rate is exclusive to members of the 2026 T=R™ Mentorship Interest List and is available during the designated Early Enrollment period.

Interest List Early Enrollment closes September 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

During this period, eligible participants may secure the $1,200 tuition rate by either:

A) Paying $1,200 in full, or

B) Paying a $300 deposit, with the remaining $900 due by October 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout.

6. $300 EARLY ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT

The $300 deposit option is offered exclusively during Interest List Early Enrollment.

The deposit is intended to provide participants with additional flexibility by allowing them to divide the $1,200 investment into two payments or secure the Interest List-exclusive tuition rate while taking additional time before completing the remaining payment.

Once the $300 deposit is received, the participant’s $1,200 tuition rate remains locked in even after public enrollment begins at $1,500, provided that the remaining $900 is paid by October 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

After the applicable 24-hour grace period described below, the $300 deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.

If the remaining $900 is not paid by the deadline, the deposit will be forfeited, the participant’s place may be released, and the $300 may not be transferred or credited toward another T=R™ product, service, mentorship, or future cohort.

7. PUBLIC ENROLLMENT

After Interest List Early Enrollment concludes, Cohort 1 tuition will be $1,500, plus applicable taxes.

Public enrollment may be purchased either:

C) As a $1,500 payment in full, or

D) Through three payments of $500.

The three-payment option is a payment arrangement for the full $1,500 tuition obligation. It is not a month-to-month membership or pay-as-you-go program.

Selecting the payment plan constitutes a commitment to the full tuition amount. Choosing not to continue participating does not, by itself, cancel remaining scheduled payments, subject to applicable law.

8. FINAL ENROLLMENT DEADLINE

Enrollment in Cohort 1 will remain available through the first three days of the active mentorship period and closes October 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

Participants who enroll after the October 12 start date acknowledge that the active cohort has already begun. They will receive access to the mentorship materials made available up to that point but are responsible for catching up on any previously released content or communications.

9. 24-HOUR GRACE PERIOD

Every Mentorship payment includes a 24-hour grace period beginning at the exact time that individual payment is received.

A participant may request cancellation and a refund of that payment during the applicable 24-hour period.

Once 24 hours have elapsed from the time the payment was received, that payment becomes final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

For participants using the $300 Early Enrollment deposit option, cancellation and refund of the deposit during the 24-hour grace period also releases the reserved $1,200 Early Enrollment rate.

10. REFUND POLICY

After the applicable 24-hour grace period, all Mentorship purchases and payments are final and non-refundable for any reason, except where otherwise required by law.

This policy applies to the $300 Early Enrollment deposit, tuition paid in full, remaining tuition balances, and payments made through a payment arrangement.

The following circumstances, including but not limited to, do not qualify for a refund after the 24-hour grace period:

Inability to attend one or more live meetings

• Work conflicts

• Travel

• Family or personal scheduling changes

• Falling behind on mentorship content

• Failure to participate in discussions or networking

• Becoming unable to participate as actively as originally planned

• Changes in professional responsibilities

• Deciding the Mentorship is no longer personally or professionally convenient

• Being in a different timezone, state, or country than Charlie

The Mentorship is intentionally designed with substantial scheduling flexibility. Educational material is available on demand, live meetings are recorded, and participants may have opportunities to pre-submit questions when they cannot attend live.

Enrollment nevertheless reserves access to a specific active cohort, including Charlie’s scheduled time, active weekly feedback and question review, live meetings, T=R™ Team support, and the active Cohort 1 professional experience.

11. QUESTIONS AND PROFESSIONAL CASES

Participants may have opportunities to submit questions involving their own professional experiences.

When discussing clients, patients, athletes, employees, organizations, or other third parties, participants are responsible for removing identifying or confidential information before submitting or discussing the situation.

Participants must not disclose protected health information, personally identifiable information, confidential employer information, proprietary information, or other information they do not have the right to share.

The T=R™ Team may decline to address any submission that presents privacy, confidentiality, legal, ethical, or professional concerns.

12. COHORT COMMUNITY AND PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

The private Cohort 1 environment is intended to support substantive professional discussion, learning, and relationship-building.

Participants are expected to interact professionally and respectfully and to protect the confidentiality of personal or professional information shared by other participants.

Content, questions, experiences, or professional situations shared by another participant within the private cohort may not be publicly distributed, published, recorded, reposted, or attributed to that participant without permission.

Harassment, discriminatory conduct, unauthorized solicitation, misuse of confidential information, or conduct that materially disrupts the Mentorship may result in removal from the cohort.

13. RECORDING OF LIVE MEETINGS

The four live group meetings will be recorded so enrolled participants can access them on demand.

By choosing to participate in a live meeting using audio, video, chat, or other interactive features, participants acknowledge that their contributions may be captured within the recording made available to the Mentorship cohort.

Participation in the live interactive portions is voluntary. Participants who do not wish to appear or speak in a recording may submit questions in advance or participate without enabling their camera or microphone where the platform permits.

Participation in the Mentorship does not grant T=R™ permission to use a participant’s name, likeness, testimonial, image, voice, or identifiable contribution for unrelated public advertising or promotional purposes without any additional permission that may be required.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Mentorship videos, recordings, presentations, written materials, frameworks, graphics, resources, platform content, and other materials provided through the 2026 T=R™ Mentorship are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders and are provided solely for the enrolled participant’s individual professional education.

Enrollment provides a personal, limited, non-transferable right to access the Mentorship materials.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, publish, upload, publicly display, share login credentials for, or otherwise make Mentorship content available to another person or organization without written authorization.

Participants may take notes and apply what they learn within their own lawful professional practice. Enrollment does not transfer ownership of T=R™ intellectual property.

15. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE AND PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY

The 2026 T=R™ Mentorship is an educational and professional-development experience.

It is not a business-building program or a step-by-step system for starting, operating, or scaling a business.

The curriculum is centered on professional judgment, decision-making, communication, adaptability, and the application of knowledge across different people, populations, sports, industries, organizations, and levels of responsibility.

Business, career, leadership, or professional-development topics may arise during live discussions, but they do not constitute individualized legal, financial, tax, medical, clinical, employment, or business advice.

Participants remain responsible for their own professional decisions, scope of practice, licensing requirements, ethical obligations, and implementation of information discussed during the Mentorship.

16. NO GUARANTEE OF PROFESSIONAL OR FINANCIAL OUTCOME

Participation in the Mentorship does not guarantee employment, promotion, referrals, business growth, increased income, professional opportunities, access to a particular organization, or any other specific career or financial outcome.

Examples from Charlie’s career or from other professionals are provided for educational context and should not be interpreted as promises of similar results.

The purpose of the Mentorship is to provide education, exposure to professional reasoning, discussion, feedback, and access to the Cohort 1 experience.

17. ALUMNI OR FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES

Completion of Cohort 1 may make a participant eligible to apply for future T=R™ alumni opportunities or communities if and when those opportunities are offered.

Completion does not guarantee admission to any future program, referral network, professional opportunity, paid engagement, or other benefit.

Any future alumni offering will be subject to its own eligibility requirements and terms.

18. TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

The Mentorship is delivered through online platforms and requires participants to have suitable internet access, compatible technology, and the ability to access the designated mentorship platform and virtual meetings.

The T=R™ Team is not responsible for a participant’s personal internet connection, device compatibility, local technical issues, email filtering, or failure to review program communications.

If a platform-wide technical issue materially affects delivery of the Mentorship, the T=R™ Team may use a reasonable alternative method of delivery.

19. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

The T=R™ Team may make reasonable adjustments to the order, timing, delivery method, discussion topics, platform, or supporting materials when necessary to effectively deliver the Mentorship.

Any such adjustment will not materially reduce the overall four-week Mentorship experience purchased by the participant.

20. CANCELLATION BY T=R™

If the T=R™ Team cancels Cohort 1 in its entirety and does not provide a reasonable replacement or rescheduled program, affected participants will receive an appropriate refund of Mentorship tuition paid.

This provision does not apply to ordinary scheduling changes, changes to individual live meeting dates, substitutions in delivery format, or other reasonable program modifications.

21. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By completing a Mentorship purchase or deposit payment, you confirm that you:
