Three standalone 60-minute advisory consultations with Charlie start at $1,500.
For a limited time, Early Enrollment for this entire 4-week experience is $1,200.
Each week is designed to give you something new to study, time to work through it on your own schedule, and direct access to Charlie to go deeper into what you are seeing and how it applies to your own work.
Never-before-seen mentorship content will be released throughout the four weeks, including Charlie working with elite athletes in real professional situations and explaining the judgment behind the decisions you are watching.
We encourage mentees to keep pace as the content is released because it makes the weekly questions and discussions more valuable, but the material is available on demand when your schedule does not cooperate.
As you work through the material, you will have an opportunity each week to submit questions about what you are seeing, Charlie’s decisions, or relevant de-identified professional situations of your own.
Charlie personally reviews what the cohort submits and records responses, allowing the questions from the actual mentees inside Cohort 1 to become part of the experience.
The primary scheduled commitment is one 90-minute live group meeting each week with Charlie and the cohort.
Each meeting centers around a different professional topic while creating room for questions and discussion. These conversations move beyond exercises and programming into Charlie’s learning, professional development, industry realities, business and career decisions, and what higher levels of leadership require.
Every meeting is recorded if you cannot attend live.
Throughout the four weeks, mentees will have access to a private cohort community where coaches, clinicians, and performance professionals can continue discussions, exchange perspectives, and build relationships beyond the scheduled meetings.
Once completing the mentorship, you will have the ability to apply for the T=R™ Alumni Club.
The active mentorship runs October 12–November 9, but your access does not disappear when the live portion ends.
The on-demand mentorship content and recordings of the live group meetings remain available afterward so you can revisit the experience, catch up on material, or return to conversations as your own work evolves.
Many mentorships can make you better inside one method or one environment. The problem is that real professional work does not stay inside one system, one sport, one population, or one environment.
Charlie has spent decades doing exactly that across professional sports, rehabilitation, performance, global organizations, high-profile private clients, and the general population. His career has required him to repeatedly enter different environments, understand what matters there, and make decisions that hold up at a higher level of responsibility.

For the first time, the T=R™ Mentorship gives you access to that process while the work is happening, so you can study not only what Charlie knows, but how he uses what he knows when the situation changes.
Interest List members receive the first opportunity to enroll in Cohort 1 before registration opens to the public, along with access to the lowest tuition offered for this mentorship.
During Early Enrollment, tuition is $1,200 instead of the $1,500 public enrollment rate.
You also have the option to secure the $1,200 rate with a $300 deposit. This gives you additional flexibility if you would rather divide the investment into two payments or want more time to make the remaining commitment without losing the Interest List pricing once public enrollment begins.
Early Enrollment also gives you more time before the October 12 start date to plan your schedule, receive your welcome information, access the mentorship platform when onboarding begins, and prepare to get the most from the four active weeks.
In short: Interest List members get first access, the lowest tuition, a more flexible way to secure it, and additional time to prepare before Cohort 1 begins.
The active Cohort 1 mentorship runs October 12 through November 9, 2026.
Those dates define the active mentorship period, not a daily class schedule.
During those four weeks, participants will receive new content, multi-weekly touchpoints from the T=R™ Team, opportunities to submit questions for Charlie, active cohort discussions, and four 90-minute live group meetings.
Much of the mentorship is designed to be completed on your own schedule. The significance of the four-week window is that this is when Charlie is actively reviewing and responding to cohort questions, the live meetings are taking place, and the Cohort 1 community is actively learning and networking together.
After November 9, the educational content and live-meeting recordings will remain available on demand, but Charlie’s focused weekly involvement and the active cohort experience are specific to those four weeks.
Before the mentorship begins, participants will receive a virtual welcome package with everything needed to get started, including the dates and times for all four live group meetings.
The welcome package will also include login information for the mentorship platform, which will serve as the central hub for Cohort 1. This is where participants will view mentorship content, access meeting information and recordings, receive updates from the T=R™ Team, submit or access relevant materials, and participate in private discussion forums with the cohort.
You will not need to log in at a specific time each day. Outside of the scheduled live meetings, the experience is intentionally designed to work around your schedule.
No. This is not a business-building mentorship, and it is not a step-by-step system for starting, operating, or scaling a business.
The curriculum is centered on professional judgment: how Charlie assesses what is in front of him, organizes information, determines what matters, makes decisions, communicates, adapts when circumstances change, and applies his knowledge across different people, sports, industries, and levels of responsibility.
Business and career topics may come up during the live discussions because they are part of Charlie’s professional experience, but they are not the primary curriculum.
The goal is to give you access to Dr. Charlie Weingroff's: transferable thinking and decision-making that has allowed his work to move across environments, populations, organizations, and roles; feedback personalized to your input; and high-level professionals to network with.
You will not lose access to the educational content because you could not complete everything during a particular week.
The goal is to stay reasonably current while the cohort is active so that you can take advantage of Charlie’s feedback and the conversations happening at that time. However, the mentorship content and recordings of the live meetings remain available afterward so you can catch up and revisit the material.
The $1,200 Cohort 1 rate is exclusive to members of the 2026 T=R™ Mentorship Interest List during Early Enrollment. This rate is being offered as a benefit for committing before public enrollment opens, when tuition increases to $1,500.
Interest List members can secure the $1,200 rate in one of two ways: pay $1,200 in full or place a $300 deposit, with the remaining $900 due by October 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
The $300 deposit provides additional flexibility. It allows you to break the $1,200 investment into two payments or secure the Interest List rate if you need more time before completing the full commitment. Once the deposit is made, your $1,200 rate remains locked in even after public enrollment opens at $1,500, provided the remaining $900 is paid by the October 11 deadline.
Once Interest List Early Enrollment closes, public enrollment will be available at $1,500, either paid in full or through three payments of $500. Enrollment for Cohort 1 closes after the first three days of the active mentorship, on October 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Anyone enrolling after the October 12 start date will be joining a cohort already in progress and will receive access to the material released up to that point.
Every payment includes a 24-hour grace period beginning at the exact time the payment is received. A cancellation and refund may be requested within that 24-hour window. After the 24-hour grace period, every payment is final and non-refundable for any reason, except where otherwise required by law.
For the deposit option, once its 24-hour grace period has passed, the $300 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the remaining $900 is not paid by October 11 at 11:59 PM ET, the deposit is forfeited, the $1,200 rate is no longer secured, and the deposit cannot be credited toward another T=R™ product, service, or future mentorship.
The final-sale policy also applies if your circumstances change after enrolling. Scheduling conflicts, work or travel changes, missing live meetings, falling behind, or becoming unable to participate as actively as planned do not qualify for a refund after the applicable 24-hour grace period.
The mentorship has intentionally been designed to accommodate demanding schedules. Educational content is available on demand, all four live meetings are recorded, and participants may pre-submit questions for Charlie when they cannot attend live. The active October 12–November 9 cohort is still significant because it is the period in which participants receive Charlie’s focused weekly involvement and feedback, live interaction, ongoing T=R™ Team touchpoints, and active networking with Cohort 1.
Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout.
